    When using CMS for recording and storage, make sure that hard disk capacity is more than 20GB.

  • What is the hard drive recommendation to use in NVR?

    If you want to add or change a hard drive in the NVR, it is recommended that you choose surveillance 7/24 HDDs.

  • What is the format for writing RTSP streaming access address?

  • Can not access the camera via Internet Explorer?

    1. Make sure the camera works (check the cables and adapter).
    2. Make sure that the IP addresses are on the same network. (Check the IP address on your computer.)
    3. Check the internet explorer ActiveX installation.

  • How to install ActiveX for Internet Explorer ?

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
    3. On the Security tab, click the Custom level button.
    4. Scroll down the Security Settings list until you see ActiveX controls and plug-ins.
    5. Check "Prompt" box for "Download unsigned ActiveX controls"

  • I can not get any sound from recorder or camera.

    1. Check your audio connections and microphone.
    2. Check the audio settings from the device.

  • How to check IP Address of the computer?

    1. Open Network and Sharing Center from Control Panel.

    2. Choose Change adapter settings on the left side of the screen.

    3. Double-click the connection in question.

    5. Open Properties.

    6. Double-click the IPv4 item from the list.

    7. Either alter the IP address from the General tab or select Obtain an IP address automatically to have the router control the IP address.

  • Recorder can not open.

    1. Check the adapter of the device.
    2. Remove the hard drive to try the device.
    3. Remove the camera and ethernet connections.

  • Why can't i control the PTZ ?

    1. PTZ protocols, incompatibility between band speed and address,
    2. Signal line is faulty or incorrect connection, you need to reconnect.

  • What should i do if i forget password of the recording device ?

    If the screen is not connected to the recording device, connect the screen first. Send a screenshot to one of the technical service phone, make sure the date is visible on the screenshot.
